So, Friday is the Christmas of the week! I like the usual traditions including drinking tartar sauce, vending machine roulette, making origami spaceships, and creative procrastination. It's also the one day of the week off from difficult stretching exercises like putting your elbow in your ear. Instead of doing that, the time is usually spent tossing evil food like yams and sauerkraut over the neighbor's fence, which you could argue is still a form of exercise.

It gets me every time, no matter how old I get. I don't think it has anything to do with my name being Todd–I think it has to do with that basic childhood fear of abandonment. I saw this movie at a young age. To this day, I can't turn on this movie because I know how I will weep heaving weeps when that scene comes up.
